PERSONAL INJURY/GENERAL LIABILITY ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY: Our client, the Atlanta office of a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney with 2 - 4 years of experience to join its General Liability Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery. Hands-on experience with hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; Georgia Bar Admission; 2 to 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury or general liability matters; a background in injury litigation; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
