CORPORATE M&A MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate with 2 - 4 years of experience to join its Financial Services Group.

The ideal candidate will have specific and meaningful experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, public company disclosures, securities offerings, as well as advising clients on compliance and general business matters.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; GA Bar Admission; strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
