GENERAL LIABILITY AND/OR EMPLOYMENT LAW ASSOCIATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of a national firm, is seeking a self-starting Associate Attorney with a minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience with a focus on general liability and/or employment law to join its team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases from inception to resolution. Primary responsibilities will include legal research, drafting of substantial briefs and pleadings, discovery, depositions (including 30(b)(6) and expert witnesses), motion practice, court appearances, arbitrations, and trial preparation. REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; admission to practice in Georgia; minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with employment law exposure; experience handling depositions, hearings, motion practice, and trial prep; and excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
