COMPLEX COMMERCIAL LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–4 YRS): Our client, a Global50 firm,  is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Litigation practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes commercial litigation matters for industry-leading clients across sectors including technology, banking, manufacturing, and professional services.

The Associate will support complex commercial litigation matters, taking ownership of key aspects of cases and contributing to overall case strategy. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting legal research; managing discovery; assisting with depositions and trial preparation; and supporting case management from inception through resolution. The role involves significant collaboration with partners and team members, as well as early and meaningful client interaction. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong advocacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–4 years of litigation experience at a comparable law firm; prior federal judicial clerkship required; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
