CORPORATE | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Corporate group. This position offers the opportunity to work within an AmLaw 100 firm advising clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters across industries.

The Associate will support a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, assisting with due diligence, supporting deal execution from inception through closing, and advising clients on corporate governance and strategic business matters. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and effective collaboration with partners and clients in a fast-paced transactional environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; at least 2 years of corporate or transactional experience; experience with mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate work; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and active Georgia Bar admission in good standing.
