LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – LOGISTICS, ENERGY & MANUFACTURING| MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, nationally recognized practice handling complex litigation matters across multiple industries.
In this role, the associate will support and manage a broad range of litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including transportation litigation, tort defense, and insurance coverage disputes. Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation such as discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Experience defending motor carrier clients and a background in transportation-related litigation is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; strong academic credentials; excellent legal writing and analytical skills; experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice; admission to the Georgia Bar (required, no exceptions); prior experience in transportation litigation, tort defense, and/or insurance coverage disputes preferred.
