REAL ESTATE FINANCE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its national Real Estate Finance team. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate lending transactions within a globally recognized law firm, with significant responsibility and direct client interaction.

The Associate will support a wide range of complex real estate finance transactions, representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate lending matters. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, assisting with transaction structuring, managing due diligence processes, and supporting deals from inception through closing. The role involves collaborating with deal teams across offices, advising clients on financing structures, and contributing to the execution of high-value real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–6 years of law firm experience in real estate finance or commercial lending transactions; strong drafting and negotiation skills; excellent academic credentials; and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Experience with balance sheet bank lending is preferred but not required.
