IP - TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS | MID-LEVEL  ASSOCIATE (3–5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join its Trademarks & Copyrights practice. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded IP practice handling sophisticated trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation matters for a diverse range of clients across industries.

The Associate will support trademark prosecution and enforcement matters, including managing trademark portfolios, advising clients on brand protection strategies, and assisting with litigation and dispute resolution related to intellectual property rights. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and prosecuting trademark applications, assisting with enforcement actions, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to develop strategic IP solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills within a collaborative and fast-paced practice environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; approximately 3–5 years of trademark prosecution and enforcement experience; strong drafting and analytical skills; excellent academic credentials; and active bar admission in good standing.
