Description

CONSTRUCTION  | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-5 YRS): Our client, AmLaw 100,  is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Construction practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile development projects within a nationally recognized practice.

The Associate will represent clients on complex construction and real estate projects, including airports, data centers, sports stadiums, hospitals, high-rise developments, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated construction agreements such as design-build contracts, construction management agreements, and design agreements. The role also involves advising clients throughout the lifecycle of projects, from planning and development through completion, while managing transactions through closing and providing strategic legal guidance aligned with business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking hands-on transactional experience, meaningful client interaction, and early responsibility within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–5 years of experience in construction and/or real estate transactions; experience drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements; strong attention to detail; excellent communication and client management skills; and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

TO APPLY: Please submit a resume, cover letter, and academic transcripts in PDF format.
