REAL ESTATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Real Estate and Finance practice. This opportunity offers the ability to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a thriving transactional practice that provides significant client interaction and hands-on responsibility.
The Associate will handle a broad range of transactional and commercial real estate matters, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing transactions, development matters, joint venture arrangements, and related corporate and real estate work. Responsibilities include managing transactions from inception through closing, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, coordinating due diligence efforts, advising clients on transaction strategy, and collaborating with attorneys across offices on sophisticated real estate matters.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–5 years of transactional and commercial real estate experience; strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; attention to detail; sound judgment; and the ability to manage sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment.
