PRACTICE ENHANCEMENT (TRANSACTIONAL) | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (5+ YRS): Our client, a national firm,  is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join its Client Solutions and Innovation Group (CSIG) as a Practice Enhancement Attorney. 

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced corporate or finance attorney who is passionate about innovation and the future of legal practice. The role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into the firm's transactional practices to improve efficiency, consistency, client service, and overall legal operations. It offers the opportunity to help shape how technology transforms transactional legal work while collaborating with attorneys across multiple practice groups and offices.

The Practice Enhancement Attorney will support the firm's Practice Enhancement initiative by developing and implementing AI driven transactional workflows, evaluating and improving legal processes, identifying opportunities to leverage legal technology, and collaborating with corporate and finance attorneys to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities include helping implement AI tools within transactional practices, supporting change management initiatives, developing best practices for AI adoption, evaluating legal workflows for efficiency improvements, and promoting the responsible and scalable use of emerging technologies throughout the firm's transactional practice groups.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have at least 5 years of substantive corporate, finance, or transactional experience. Experience with legal AI tools, legal technology implementation, process evaluation, and change management is strongly preferred. Applicants should be self directed, innovative, and interested in transforming how transactional legal services are delivered. Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and problem solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work across multiple practice groups and offices.
