BANKRUPTCY - COMPLEX RESTRUCTURING AND CREDITORS' RIGHTS | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a mid-level associate to join its Business Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of substantive bankruptcy experience and a strong desire to engage in complex restructuring and creditors’ rights matters within a nationally recognized practice.
The associate will handle sophisticated Chapter 11 cases, creditor and committee representations, workouts, and related litigation matters. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and partners across industries while developing expertise in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Judicial clerkship experience for a bankruptcy judge is highly valued.
