REAL ESTATE FINANCE & CAPITAL MARKETS | JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking an associate with at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or real estate finance to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Finance & Capital Markets practice. This role offers the opportunity to work within a premier team representing lenders, servicers, and investors across a sophisticated commercial real estate landscape. The practice is a market leader in the CMBS industry, and the Associate will gain experience across a broad range of financing structures and capital markets transactions.

The Associate will support high-volume, complex commercial real estate matters, including loan origination, servicing, assumptions, modifications, and securitization-related work. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent drafting ability, and the capacity to manage multiple, detailed workstreams in coordination with partners, clients, and internal teams. Superior academic credentials and a strong commitment to developing expertise in real estate finance are highly valued. Experience with commercial mortgage-backed securities is preferred. GA Bar admission is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED: A JD from an accredited law school with at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or real estate finance; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; the ability to work effectively within a national team handling complex CMBS and commercial real estate matters; and a demonstrated commitment to professional excellence. Candidates must either be admitted to the Georgia Bar or be willing to become admitted promptly.
