GENERAL LIABILITY – INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO SENIOR LEVEL ATTORNEY (1+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior to senior level attorney to join its nationally recognized General Liability Practice in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will bring 1+ years of experience handling insurance defense matters, including personal injury and premises liability. This role involves managing all phases of litigation—case strategy, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials. Candidates must have strong research and writing abilities and a demonstrated capacity to handle significant exposure cases in a fast-paced environment. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required, and partnership consideration is available for candidates with substantial, relevant experience.

The practice regularly defends catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation claims for insured and self-insured clients. The role provides exposure to high-level trial work, seasoned mentorship from nationally regarded litigators, and the opportunity to develop within a collaborative, growth-oriented practice. Candidates with strong litigation fundamentals even outside of insurance defense will be considered if they demonstrate the skills and interest to transition successfully into general liability work.

REQUIRED: A JD from an accredited law school; admission to the Georgia Bar; strong research, writing, and analytical skills; experience in personal injury and premises liability matters; demonstrated competency across case management, motion practice, discovery, and depositions; and the ability to thrive within a busy trial-focused practice. Candidates with broader litigation backgrounds who exhibit exceptional potential will also be considered.
