PRODUCTS LIABILITY – LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (1-7 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized Products Liability Practice. The ideal candidate will bring 1-7 years of litigation experience with strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities. This role involves handling all phases of products liability litigation, including case management, motion practice, written and expert discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials. 

This practice is one of the largest and most sophisticated products liability groups in the country, serving as trial counsel and national coordinating counsel for leading manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Matters span automotive, industrial machinery, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food products, and consumer goods. The associate will work alongside seasoned trial attorneys, engage in complex fact development, and contribute to strategic defense work for high-exposure cases. REQUIRED: A JD from an accredited law school; admission to the Georgia Bar; strong research, writing, and communication skills; substantive litigation experience with demonstrated ability to handle case management, motions, depositions, and discovery; and an interest in or prior exposure to products liability work.
