REAL ESTATE | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: Our client, a highly respected regional firm,  is seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its Real Estate Group. The role involves representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing. The associate will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture documents, financing instruments, and leases; coordinate and manage due diligence; assist with deal structuring; and oversee closings. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners, gain significant responsibility on complex deals, and develop strong business-focused judgment in a collegial environment.

REQUIRED: A JD with at least 2 years of experience representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions; top academic credentials; strong writing and analytical skills; demonstrated business acumen; and significant hands-on experience with a range of commercial real estate work, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development matters, and leasing. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred, and candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar or eligible for prompt admission.
