LITIGATION – PREMISES LIABILITY | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-7 YRS): Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Premises Litigation Associate. This role offers the opportunity to manage a robust caseload and handle meaningful responsibilities across all stages of litigation.
The attorney will independently conduct depositions, argue motions, appear in court, oversee discovery, and manage case strategy for premises liability matters and other general liability disputes. The position is well-suited for an attorney who is confident in the courtroom, capable of running files with autonomy, and eager to continue developing within a collaborative defense practice.
REQUIRED: A JD with admission to the Georgia State Bar in good standing; between 4-7 years of substantive Georgia state court litigation experience, ideally with exposure to premises liability matters; proven ability to manage cases independently, including depositions, hearings, motion practice, and discovery; strong research, analytical, and writing skills; excellent communication and time-management abilities; and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service. Admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus.
