LITIGATION – PRODUCTS LIABILITY |JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, leading global firm, is seeking a  junior to mid-level associate to join their Atlanta Products Liability practice group. This role supports a broad portfolio of complex products liability matters, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical malpractice–adjacent issues, and other high-exposure product claims. The associate will contribute to case development, trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, and overall litigation strategy in a fast-paced, nationally recognized practice.

Candidates will join a dynamic team of seasoned litigators and will be expected to demonstrate strong academic performance, superior legal writing ability, and a commitment to high-quality client service. This position requires the ability to manage multiple deadlines, work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys, and effectively contribute to trial-ready litigation matters.

REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of experience in products liability, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or medical malpractice litigation; demonstrated experience preparing for trials and depositions
• Excellent written and analytical abilities
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing demands
• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Georgia Bar Admission
