REAL ESTATE – TRANSACTIONAL | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, Real Estate practice group is seeking an experienced mid-level associate with 4-5 years of substantive real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate debt or equity matters and demonstrate the ability to handle sophisticated and varied commercial real estate transactions. This role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative, and nationally recognized practice, offering meaningful client interaction and a high level of responsibility.
The Associate will manage a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development projects, and complex financing structures involving both debt and equity. The position requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating detailed real estate agreements; advising clients on business and strategic considerations; conducting due diligence; and managing all aspects of the closing process. The role is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple transactions while delivering exceptional client service.
REQUIRED: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with 4-5 years of substantive real estate transactional experience, including demonstrated strength in real estate debt or equity work; excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; the proven ability to independently manage components of complex transactions; a strong business-oriented mindset; and an active Georgia law license in good standing.
