BUSINESS LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (1-3 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly experienced litigation team handling complex business disputes, national class action matters, and a wide range of sophisticated commercial litigation cases. The Associate will play an integral role in case strategy, client interaction, and execution of key litigation tasks in a collaborative and dynamic practice environment.
The Associate will be responsible for managing and advancing cases, conducting and overseeing electronic discovery, drafting substantive motions (including dispositive, expert, and discovery motions), taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, polished written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to drive matters forward while providing excellent service to clients.
REQUIRED: A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with 1 to 3 years of business litigation experience; proven experience handling electronic discovery, drafting significant motions, and participating in depositions; excellent academic credentials; exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills; strong work ethic, positive attitude, and proactive approach to case management; admission to the Georgia Bar or admission to another state bar with willingness to complete the Georgia Bar admission process.
