CORPORATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its Corporate group. This role sits within a well-established, sophisticated corporate practice that supports complex commercial real estate finance transactions and works closely with institutional lenders on high-value matters across the Southeast and nationally.

The Corporate Associate will represent bank and non-bank lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, contribute to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions as needed, and collaborate with a collegial team handling sophisticated business matters. The position offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to complex financial institution work in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

REQUIRED: Candidates must have 4–6 years of meaningful experience in commercial real estate finance representing bank and/or non-bank lenders; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; a strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented approach; and admission to and good standing with the Georgia Bar.
