LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, a national AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a team-oriented junior to mid-level associate to join its Litigation Practice Group . This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative litigation team representing policyholders in sophisticated insurance coverage disputes and related litigation matters.

The Associate will be responsible for handling insurance coverage matters, including reviewing and analyzing insurance policies, evaluating coverage issues, and assisting with the prosecution of policyholder claims. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and supporting case strategy and client communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, polished written and oral advocacy abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an accredited law school with at least 2 years of large law firm litigation experience; experience representing policyholders in insurance disputes and analyzing insurance coverage issues; strong academic credentials; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset; active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
