CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS & SECURITIES | SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a transactional Senior Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice. This position provides the opportunity to work within a sophisticated transactional platform advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets matters, and broader corporate transactions across a variety of industries.

The successful candidate will support complex transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related documentation, assisting with capital markets transactions, and advising clients on strategic corporate initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team environment while managing client relationships and contributing to transaction execution from inception through closing.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience with an emphasis on M&A; strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and active bar admission or ability to become licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.
