REAL ESTATE FINANCE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Finance practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated real estate finance platform handling complex commercial lending and secured financing transactions in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will assist in managing sophisticated real estate finance transactions from inception through closing under partner supervision. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing instruments and collateral documents, conducting title and survey review, supporting financing and corporate due diligence, and working with landlord and tenant structures as part of broader real estate financing matters. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong drafting abilities, excellent academic credentials, and experience gained within a large regional, national, or international law firm setting.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience with emphasis on real estate finance, lending, or secured financing structures; strong drafting and analytical skills; excellent academic credentials; and active Georgia Bar admission or eligibility pending.
