BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL LITIGATION | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (5+ YRS): Our client, a boutique litigation firm,is seeking a Business Law and Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated and high-level practice. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced partners on complex legal matters in a small, high-performing environment focused on mentorship, autonomy, and meaningful responsibility. The position is fully remote and ideal for attorneys seeking challenging work, significant client exposure, and accelerated professional growth outside of a traditional large-firm structure.
The Associate will support General Counsel services for a rapidly expanding financial services company operating across multiple jurisdictions, including regulatory compliance involving insurance and securities matters, drafting and negotiating employment and vendor agreements, and assisting with policies and procedures related to licensing and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include managing and supporting complex commercial litigation matters such as multi-million-dollar commercial insurance disputes involving business property and income loss, wage and hour class actions, business and contract disputes, employment matters, and defense of government investigations and arbitration proceedings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong independent judgment, exceptional writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work directly with sophisticated clients in a fast-paced and intellectually demanding environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and business law matters; strong drafting, analytical, and technology skills; exceptional attention to detail; and active bar admission. Insurance law experience, multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance experience, class action litigation exposure, or government investigation defense experience are strongly preferred.
