REAL ESTATE - CONSTRUCTION TRANSACTIONS | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–7+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Construction Transactions group. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale international construction and energy infrastructure matters within a globally recognized practice.
The successful candidate will support sophisticated construction and energy transactions involving projects valued from approximately $500 million to more than $20 billion worldwide. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements for major energy, mining, and infrastructure developments, collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, and advising clients through all stages of project development and execution. The role provides significant exposure to high-value global projects and direct involvement in complex transactional work.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–7+ years of construction law experience; demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating construction or project development agreements; superior academic credentials; strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills; ability to manage sophisticated transactional matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; and active bar admission or eligibility in the jurisdiction of practice. Prior engineering experience preferred.
