TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT LITIGATION | ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an associate to join its nationally recognized Trademark & Copyright team. This position offers the opportunity to work within one of the leading intellectual property litigation practices in the country.

The Associate will support a wide range of trademark and copyright litigation matters in federal district courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Responsibilities include drafting and responding to discovery requests, managing document review, conducting legal research, preparing and drafting motions and briefs, assisting with deposition preparation, and supporting trial preparation. The role may also involve assisting with pre-litigation investigations, intellectual property enforcement matters, settlement negotiations, and contested TTAB proceedings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong litigation skills, excellent legal writing ability, and a demonstrated interest in intellectual property litigation.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; at least 3 years of trademark and copyright litigation experience; strong academic credentials; excellent research, writing, and analytical skills; and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation practice.
