GENERAL LIABILITY/PI DEFENSE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY: Our client, a full‑service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking an associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join its nationally recognized General Liability Practice. 

The ideal candidate will have experience across all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. A proven background in personal injury litigation is required. 

This is a full-time role within a collaborative and dynamic environment that values courtroom-ready attorneys with strong research and writing capabilities. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active GA Bar admission; 2-7 years of civil litigation experience, specifically in personal injury or general liability defense; strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; and comfort managing a busy litigation docket.
