REAL ESTATE - RETAIL | JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (0–3 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw200 firm, is seeking a junior Associate to join its Real Estate Practice. 

This opportunity is ideal for a junior attorney with an interest in retail real estate looking to advise clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of retail real estate matters while collaborating with an established real estate practice.

The Associate will advise clients on a broad range of retail real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, and other complex real estate matters involving retail businesses. Responsibilities also include drafting and negotiating leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers, managing multiple transactions simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams on commercial real estate matters, negotiating transaction documents, and providing strategic legal advice on retail real estate initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 0 to 3 years of law firm experience with an interest in real estate transactions. Applicants should possess strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills, along with excellent academic credentials and interpersonal abilities. Prior experience with commercial leasing or purchase and sale transactions is preferred but not required. Candidates must be self-starters who are able to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
