LITIGATION - COMPLEX BUSINESS & COMMERCIAL | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–7 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a mid to senior level Associate to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation attorney with significant commercial and business litigation experience looking to represent sophisticated clients in complex disputes, regulatory matters, and high-stakes litigation. The role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of state and federal matters while collaborating with a nationally recognized litigation practice serving clients across diverse industries.

The Associate will advise clients on a broad range of complex business and commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, business litigation, regulatory proceedings, and appellate matters. Responsibilities also include drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing cases for trial, representing clients in state and federal courts, collaborating with internal teams and clients on litigation strategy, and providing strategic legal advice on complex disputes.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 2 to 7 years of law firm experience focused primarily on complex commercial or business litigation. Applicants should have substantial experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation, as well as strong legal research, writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills. Technology or intellectual property experience, including patent bar admission, is preferred but not required. Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the Georgia Bar.
