Our client, an AmLaw 10 global law firm, is seeking an ambitious mid to senior level Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team. The Associate will work on sophisticated real estate lending transactions and have opportunities for significant responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and collaboration with a national team.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 3-8 years of meaningful law firm experience (ideally AmLaw 100) handling sophisticated RE finance and lending transactions; excellent drafting and negotiation skills,and a strong commitment to teamwork and client service
• Candidates should also be motivated to assume significant responsibility leading or running deals, and handling direct client interaction
• JD from an accredited law school with superior academic credentials (top 5 - 15% preferred)
• Strongly preferred: Experience with balance sheet bank lending transactions
• Candidates will be considered for in-person work at the following office locations: Atlanta, New York, DC, Chicago, Dallas, Cleveland, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine. Therefore, candidates must be bar-licensed in the jurisdiction where they would work, or be able to immediately apply for admission.
