LITIGATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–4 YRS): Our client, a National firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Litigation Practice with a focus on insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and class action matters.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with three to four years of litigation experience who has developed a strong background in insurance coverage analysis and litigation. The position offers the opportunity to represent insurers and other clients in complex coverage disputes, bad faith litigation, and class actions while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative practice.

The Associate will represent clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with a primary emphasis on insurance coverage disputes and related litigation. Responsibilities include analyzing insurance coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, litigating insurance coverage and bad faith claims, managing all phases of discovery, preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and supporting trial preparation. The successful candidate will also assist in defending and prosecuting class action litigation while working closely with clients to develop effective litigation strategies.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have three to four years of law firm experience in general commercial litigation, with significant experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Experience drafting insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage, bad faith, and/or class action matters is strongly preferred. Applicants should possess exceptional legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills, along with strong academic credentials. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of Georgia are required.
