CORPORATE -PRIVATE EQUITY | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join its Corporate Group. The associate will primarily advise strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms on complex M&A and investment transactions within a fast-growing national practice.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong interest in sophisticated deal work involving private equity funds and portfolio companies. The role offers extensive client interaction, the opportunity to lead significant transaction components, and mentorship from leading practitioners across the firm’s corporate practice.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school;  GA bar admission and good standing; 2–6 years of direct private equity or M&A transactional experience at an AmLaw 100 firm; strong research, writing, and client service skills; and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.
