LITIGATION - PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY | ASSOCIATE (2–15 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with two to fifteen years of litigation experience who is interested in defending professionals and organizations in complex professional liability matters. The position offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized litigation practice representing a diverse range of professionals and entities while developing sophisticated litigation skills in a collaborative environment.

The Professional Liability Associate will represent insured professionals and organizations in a broad range of professional liability matters, including claims involving Directors & Officers (D&O), legal malpractice, errors and omissions (E&O), and architects and engineers. Responsibilities include managing cases through all phases of litigation, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents, handling discovery, preparing for depositions and hearings, developing defense strategies, and collaborating with clients, insurers, and senior attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes. The successful candidate will work on matters involving a wide range of industries, including accounting, architecture and engineering, legal services, financial services, healthcare, insurance, real estate, technology, and other professional sectors.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have two to fifteen years of litigation experience, with experience defending professional liability claims preferred. Applicants should possess strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, along with a demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters. Candidates with substantive litigation experience and an interest in professional liability law are encouraged to apply. A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia Bar are required.
