HEALTH CARE REGULATORY | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Health Care & Policy practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally recognized healthcare practice, advising clients on complex regulatory matters impacting the healthcare industry.
The Associate will counsel healthcare clients on a wide range of regulatory issues, including compliance with federal and state healthcare laws, reimbursement frameworks, and regulatory risks associated with business operations and transactions. Responsibilities include conducting legal research and analysis, advising on evolving healthcare regulations, supporting transactional and compliance matters, and collaborating with attorneys across practice areas to provide strategic legal guidance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks while delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
