REAL ESTATE (PUBLIC FINANCE) | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join its Real Estate group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated public finance and real estate transactions within a collaborative and nationally recognized practice.

The role involves advising clients on public finance matters, including tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions such as bonds-for-title structures, PILOT programs, and similar financing mechanisms. The successful candidate will support a range of real estate-related transactions and work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the firm. Experience with commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar-related matters is beneficial.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; minimum 3 years of relevant public finance experience, including tax-exempt bond issuances or tax incentive transactions; excellent academic credentials; strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
