LITIGATION (CIVIL DEFENSE): Our client, the Atlanta office of a large regional firm, seeks a Civil Litigation Defense Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its  growing civil litigation team. 

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active Georgia Bar admission in good standing; minimum of 3 years of experience at a defense firm; demonstrated experience handling depositions, court appearances, and preparing and arguing motions; proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
