COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE |MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-5YRS):  Our client, a top Commercial Real Estate firm is seeking an Associate that will will focus on general commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on commercial real estate development and new construction, while supporting partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated real estate transactions and client matters.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and 4-5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, preferably at a law firm. Candidates should have experience with commercial real estate development and new construction, along with strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
