COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE |MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-4 YRS): Our client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated transactional practice. The Associate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including retail, leasing, property acquisitions, development, and the formation of related entities, as well as general corporate transactional matters involving due diligence, dispositions, contracts, and financing. The position offers immediate, substantial client contact and responsibility in a small firm environment focused on client service and results rather than minimum billable-hour requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 2-4 years of meaningful transactional real estate experience, with experience in commercial real estate transactions, leasing, acquisitions, development, and entity formation. Candidates should also have experience with general corporate transactional matters, including due diligence, dispositions, contracts, and financing. Candidates must have strong academic and professional credentials, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
