Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Senior Attorney with 7+ years of law firm experience to advise property owners on sophisticated land acquisitions and dispositions. This non-partnership track, salaried, benefits-eligible position offers substantial responsibility for structuring, negotiating, and closing high-volume real estate transactions, with meaningful client interaction and collaboration across practice teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent and advise property owners in complex commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions; structure, negotiate, and close a high volume of land transactions while addressing client objectives and transactional requirements
• Independently manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously; coordinate with clients, attorneys, and cross-functional teams throughout the transaction lifecycle; develop a strong understanding of client business objectives and provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years exp. practicing commercial real estate transactional law at a law firm, with substantial experience handling land acquisitions and dispositions
• Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and close high-volume commercial real estate transactions; independently manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
• Strong client relationship management, transactional drafting, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• JD from a nationally recognized and accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Must be bar licensed or prepared to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office
• Position structure: Non-partnership track, salaried, and benefits eligible
