CONSTRUCTION -LITIGATION & TRANSACTIONAL | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Construction practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded practice handling a combination of construction-related litigation and transactional matters, providing exposure to sophisticated legal issues within the construction industry.
The Associate will support a broad range of matters including construction disputes, contract drafting and negotiation, and advising clients on project-related legal issues. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and transactional documents, conducting legal research, assisting with dispute resolution and litigation strategy, and collaborating closely with partners and clients on complex construction matters. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both litigation and transactional assignments and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills within a team-oriented environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–6 years of relevant construction industry experience in litigation, transactional work, or both; strong drafting and analytical abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and admission to the Georgia Bar (exceptions may be considered for exceptional candidates).
