CORPORATE | JUNIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2–3 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its nationally recognized corporate and transactional practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions while gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
The Associate will support mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business transactions, working on both buy-side and sell-side deals. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex transactional agreements, assisting with due diligence, supporting deal execution from inception through closing, and advising clients on corporate structure and governance matters. The role also provides exposure to cross-border transactions and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the firm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced transactional environment.
REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2–3 years of corporate or transactional experience; experience with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and active Georgia Bar admission. German language skills are a plus but not required.
