CORPORATE / FRANCHISE |MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm, seeking a Corporate Franchise Associate to join its expanding national franchise practice. The Associate will advise clients on a broad range of sophisticated franchise matters, including franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), franchise agreements, franchise registrations, default and termination issues, and franchise regulatory, relationship, and compliance matters. 

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3-5 years of meaningful transactional franchise experience, including experience with FDDs, franchise agreements, franchise registrations, defaults and terminations, and franchise regulatory and compliance matters. Experience with M&A transactions in the franchise space, international franchise licensing transactions, and dispute resolution is a plus. Candidates must possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills and a desire to grow their practice serving the franchise community. Candidates must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted or eligible to obtain prompt admission in the jurisdiction.
