CORPORATE | ASSOCIATE (3+ YRS): Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its sophisticated transactional practice. The Associate will work on a wide variety of M&A and private equity transactions, with responsibility for drafting transaction documents, conducting corporate due diligence, and managing complex transactions through closing. 

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant corporate transactional experience, preferably gained at a mid-size to large law firm, with significant experience in M&A transactions and private equity deals. Candidates should have experience drafting M&A transaction documents and handling corporate due diligence projects, as well as familiarity with corporate governance principles and federal securities laws. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials.
