CORPORATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated national corporate practice representing clients on complex transactional matters, including acquisitions and divestitures, while gaining meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure.

The Associate will support complex corporate transactions from initial due diligence through closing. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating diligence efforts, assisting with deal structuring, and managing critical aspects of acquisitions and divestitures as a key member of deal teams. Ideal candidates will have experience second-chairing complex transactions, interacting directly with clients, and managing multiple aspects of deals simultaneously. Exposure to securities matters is beneficial but not required. The role offers substantial partner and client interaction within a collaborative team environment focused on professional growth and deal execution.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 3–6 years of transactional experience focused on mergers and acquisitions or corporate transactions; strong analytical, drafting, and matter management skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; experience supporting complex transactions from diligence through closing preferred; and active Georgia Bar admission in good standing with excellent academic credentials.
