CORPORATE - CAPITAL MARKETS & M&A | SENIOR ASSOCIATE (4–6 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities Practice. This position offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated transactional team handling mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and complex corporate matters across a broad client base.

The Senior Associate will support a wide range of transactional matters, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, supporting deal execution from inception through closing, advising clients on corporate governance and securities matters, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic, business-oriented solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage client relationships and complex transactional workflows effectively within a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; 4-6 years of transactional experience with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions; excellent academic credentials; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented practice; and active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate will practice.
