EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION & EMPLOYEE BENEFITS | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE : Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, nationally recognized practice advising clients on a wide range of employee benefits and compensation matters.

The Associate will support complex executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including advising on qualified plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation arrangements. Responsibilities include assisting with M&A-related benefits and compensation issues, drafting and reviewing plan documents and agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on regulatory compliance and strategic structuring of benefits programs. The role involves working closely with corporate deal teams and clients, providing integrated support on transactions and ongoing compensation and benefits matters. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 2+ years experience in executive compensation and employee benefits; experience supporting M&A-related benefits matters, qualified plans, and health and welfare plans; strong academic credentials; excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; and active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction.
