FINANCE / RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT FINANCE ASSOCIATE OR COUNSEL:  Our client, the Atlanta office of a AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking an Associate or Counsel to join its Finance / Renewable Energy Project Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have  3+ years of experience in renewable energy transactions, including experience with project finance transactions involving sponsors and lenders; experience with offtake and other project finance agreements; and the ability to independently coordinate deal management. 

The role entails staying informed on the latest developments and regulatory changes in renewable energy project finance and renewable energy credit and incentive programs; assisting in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including financial agreements; performing and managing diligence review; and representing clients in project finance transactions and negotiations. There also may be opportunities for involvement in complex domestic and international commercial finance transactions, depending on the skillset and interests of the candidate.
