CORPORATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a transactional Franchise & Distribution associate with 2+ years of regulatory U.S. franchising experience to join its practice. International franchise and M&A experience is also a plus. Responsibilities will include drafting various franchise-related agreements and regulatory filings (e.g., franchise disclosure documents), providing advice related to complex business transactions, and counseling domestic and international clients. (Candidates can work remotely)

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
