FINANCE & BANKING - FUND FINANCE |JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group in support of a nationally recognized Fund Finance practice.

The Associate will support sophisticated fund finance transactions, working closely with partners and clients on subscription facilities and related financing structures. Candidates with approximately 2 - 4 years of experience may bring a broader banking or leveraged finance background with a demonstrated interest in fund finance, while candidates with 4+ years of experience are expected to have substantial, direct fund finance experience commensurate with their class level. The role provides meaningful responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to grow within a market-leading fund finance platform.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; at least 2 years of finance experience in a law firm setting; experience supporting financing transactions, with either a demonstrated interest in fund finance (for more junior candidates) or substantial, direct fund finance experience (for candidates at the 4+ year level); strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage matters collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; sound business judgment and attention to detail; licensed and in good standing in the state in which the candidate resides.
